Here's exactly what we do, step by step.
Every campaign starts with Google Keyword Planner. We don't guess at keywords — we generate them based on your specific industry and then filter for keywords that actually get real search traffic. The result is a master spreadsheet of 800 to 1,000 targeted keywords, each one verified to have active search volume on Google. This is your campaign's foundation and it's built on real data from day one.
Once the keyword list is built, every single keyword gets its own unique description generated through an AI model. That means 800 to 1,000 individually crafted descriptions — not duplicated, not recycled, not spun. Each one is unique, relevant to the keyword, and written to support both search engine indexing and user intent.
This is where having a proprietary CMS gives us a significant advantage. We run the keywords and their descriptions directly into a custom built plugin inside Joe CMS. This plugin automatically generates a dedicated page for every single keyword — each with its own properly structured meta title, meta description, and schema markup. No other platform can do this the way we do because we built the tools ourselves.
These pages are created as sub-pages within your site structure — under sections like Services or Additional Services — and are not visible in your main navigation. They exist specifically to be found by search engines, not to clutter your menu.
Every keyword page that gets created is automatically added to your sitemap.xml file. This ensures Google knows every page exists and can crawl and index them efficiently. We also verify your sitemap regularly for errors and resubmit it through Google Search Console whenever corrections are needed.
We set up and connect a Google Search Console account directly to your website. This gives us real visibility into how Google sees your site — what's indexed, what's not, what errors exist, and how your pages are performing in search results. This is the nerve center of the entire operation.
SEO is not a set it and forget it process. Every week we manually go through your keyword pages — approximately 10 per week — and verify that each one has been indexed by Google. If a page hasn't been indexed we resubmit it directly through Google Search Console. This ongoing manual review ensures nothing falls through the cracks and every page we created is actually working for you.
Every week we also write and publish a new blog post to your website. Fresh content is one of the strongest signals you can send to Google that your site is active and relevant. Each blog post is also added to
your sitemap.xml file automatically, giving Google another reason to come back and crawl your site regularly.
We maintain a custom tracking spreadsheet for your campaign that is updated every week. It includes two charts — one tracking your impressions and one tracking your clicks — pulled directly from your Google Search Console data. You always know exactly where your numbers stand and how the campaign is trending month over month. No vague reports, no smoke and mirrors — just real numbers in a clean format you can actually read.
The initial setup and first three months of service is $300.00. This covers the full keyword build, page generation, sitemap integration, Google Search Console setup, weekly indexing reviews, weekly blog posts, and monthly reporting.
After the initial three months, clients who want to continue can do so for $200.00 per additional three month period.
